What is Included in Secure+ Screening?

This higher level of screening includes all elements of structured pre-employment screening, along with additional checks to provide deeper insight.

DBS Check

A DBS check is included to identify any relevant criminal record information.

By default, this will be a Basic DBS check, which shows any unspent convictions.

Where the role is legally eligible for a higher level of check, it can be upgraded to a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

Additional Fees apply for Standard and Enhanced DBS checks.

Identity Verification

Verification of the individual’s identity using trusted methods, ensuring all checks are carried out against the correct person.

Right to Work Check

Confirmation that the individual has the legal right to work in the UK, helping organisations remain compliant with immigration requirements.

Employment History Verification

Verification of employment history, covering 5 years, with the option to extend further depending on requirements.

Any gaps in employment over 31 days are reviewed and require supporting evidence from the applicant.

Credit Check

A 6 year credit check provides insight into an individual’s financial history, which may be relevant for roles involving financial responsibility or access to assets.

PEPs and Sanctions Screening
